The Tollgate Way Homeowner's Association was founded by the owners of the properties of Tollgate Way, Falls Church, Virginia for the purpose of operating and maintaining the common areas of Tollgate Way which are owned by the Association for the enjoyment and betterment of the homeowners.
The Association has the authority to act on behalf of the homeowners to enforce any covenants, restrictions, reservations, conditions, agreements, easement or liens on the homeowners property, as well as to assess, collect and disburse the funds of the association.
The Association is also empowered to act in any way advisable, proper or convenient for the promotion of the peace, health, comfort, safety or general welfare of the owners and inhabitants.
The affairs of the Association are managed by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors contains five members who serve for three years or until their respective successors are elected. The Officers of the Association include a President, a Vice President, a Secretary and a Treasurer. Officers are members of the Association and are elected by the Board of Directors to serve for a term of one year.

The Architecture Committee is responsible for ensuring compliance with aesthetic standards established by the Association's Covenants, By-Laws, and Architectural Review Guidelines.

The Landscape Committee's responsibilities, subject to Board approval, includes hiring of landscape contractors and the design, implementation and management of improvements to the public space within Tollgate. The Landscape Committee will have sole discretion, subject to Board approval, for all decisions related to grass, trees, flowers and shrubs in the front and side yards and the common area.

Directions from DC via Rt. 50:
Take Route 50 West to Seven Corners, Exit at Rt. 7 before the overpass. Stay in the right lane as you go through the intersection
of Wilson Blvd, Rt 50 and Rt. 7. When you start down the hill into Falls Church, pass first light at Roosevelt. Turn left at Tollgate Way.
If you get to the light on Cherry St., you went too far.
Directions Maryland via Rt. 66:
Take Beltway to Rt. 66 East, (this is a left exit before Tysons Corner). Then take Exit 69, Washington Blvd - Lee Hwy. Move to the right
lane immediately and turn right at first light, Lee Hwy-Washington St. Follow Lee Hwy (Rt.29) to Broad St. (Rt.7) turn Left. Go through the
next light at Cherry St. and begin looking for Tollgate Way on your Right (not well lit or marked).
Directions from Virginia (Dulles area):
Take Rt. 66 East, past the Beltway and past Rt. 7. Then take Exit 69, Washington Blvd - Lee Hwy. Move to the right lane immediately and turn
right at first light, Lee Hwy-Washington St. Follow Lee Hwy (Rt.29) to Broad St. (Rt.7) turn Left. Go through the next light at Cherry St.
and begin looking for Tollgate Way on your Right (not well lit or marked).
Directions from Virginia (points south) :
Take Beltway to Rt. 66 East and follow the directions above.
Social Committee
The Social Committee helps to foster a warm sense of community, one of our most important attributes. Through the organization of annual activities including the spring and fall socials, holiday party, and the annual meeting social hour, the committee plays an invaluable role in bringing our community together.
